Event Manager

Many clients choose to outsource event management to AMM, allowing us to manage the details of events as part of the student recruitment process. Our efficient and effective Event Manager service will help organize the registration process and establish a dialog with students who attend as well as those who do not.  

Event Manager manages a client’s branded, event-specific registration page.  Students and other recipients of communications are directed to the page by invitation via email, mobile or direct mail.  Access to the page is also available from the client’s website and the Admissions Microsite.  Pre-populated student data can be confirmed and additional customized information can be collected on the form on an event-by-event basis. 

Typical communications surrounding events include initial invitations, follow-up invitations (automatically suppressing students who have registered), registration confirmations and thank-you notes for attending.

Events can be integrated into a student’s Facebook account (as described in Social Search). Students can download labels with QR codes directly through Facebook that will speed up the registration process.  Labels containing QR codes for arriving parties can be scanned directly into the database to confirm attendance. Labels can also be generated on-site for non-registered students.
